In this treaty, Sultan Alamansa Sulkarnain and/or Sultan Kawasa Anwar ud-Din alliance pact with Governor and Captain General Fernandez Folgueras, with provisions binding the Sultan not to make contracts or new agreements with any other foreign powers that are enemies of Spain.
