Leaders of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) and the different factions of the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) including Nur Misuari’s group, met in Jeddah on June 12 on invitation of the Secretary-General of the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC), where they agreed to “activate and operationalize” the Bangsamoro Coordination Forum to address the concerns of the parties that signed separate peace agreements with the Philippine government (GPH).
