The government and the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) under the leadership of its founding chairman Nur Misuari have agreed on Monday to reconstitute its joint Peace Coordinating Committee into GPH-MNLF Peace Implementing Committee to carry out the continued implementation that the parties have signed in 1996.
