President Marcos awarded the decoration of Order of Sultan Kudarat to members of the Islamic Conference Mission. Marcos cited Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister Omar Al Sakhaf, Libyan Foreign Minister Abdul Al Obeidi and the Somalian Foreign Minister for helping in the communication with the Muslims in Mindanao.
